Google Business Profile optimization
Focused the clinic’s profile on the dental services it offers and the local searches it needs to appear for, including dental implants and dental clinic searches.
A stronger place on the map.
More calls to the clinic.
A New Jersey dental clinic came to Ranking Assist for Local SEO. With work focused on Google Business Profile optimization and directory citations, its reported results show stronger map visibility and phone calls rising from 85 in January to 114 in February.

Two keyword heatmaps show ranking progress from November 27, 2025 to January 14, 2026. The separate call comparison covers January to February, as supplied by the owner.
Top-three coverage is the share of measured map-grid points where the clinic ranked in positions 1–3. Calls are reported contact activity; the figures do not establish new patients, booked appointments, or revenue.
For a dental practice, showing up close to the clinic matters. Someone looking for dental implants or a dental clinic is comparing local options, and the results can change from one neighborhood to the next.
The November baseline showed two different starting points. Dental implants had some established visibility, with 29.59% of grid points in the top three. Dental clinic had none, with every point marked 20+.
The goal was straightforward: strengthen the clinic’s local presence and make it easier for people searching nearby to get in touch. The clinic’s name is withheld at its request.
The project stayed centered on Google Business Profile optimization and directory citations, with ranking maps and calls used to review progress.
Focused the clinic’s profile on the dental services it offers and the local searches it needs to appear for, including dental implants and dental clinic searches.
Worked on the clinic’s directory listings to keep its business name, address, and phone number consistent. Directory citations were the only link-building activity in this project.
Compared map rankings across the local search grid and reviewed reported phone calls, so progress could be seen in both visibility and contact activity.

The clinic already appeared for dental implants, but its visibility varied across the area. The later heatmap shows top-three rankings across most of the measured grid.

Reporting dates: both after screenshots are dated January 14, 2026. They show the ranking comparison through January; the January–February call comparison is a separate reporting period.

The supplied call report shows 85 calls in the previous period and 114 in the current period: 29 more calls, reported as a 34% increase. The owner identifies these periods as January and February.
That adds a useful business measure alongside the ranking maps. The clinic was seeing more reported call activity as well as improved visibility for the two tracked searches.
The call screenshot does not display dates or a year. It also does not identify how many calls became new patients or appointments, so those outcomes are not claimed here.
Beyond Google Maps, Ranking Assist reports that the clinic is now recommended #1 by ChatGPT and other AI models for three priority local searches.

Dental implants became a much stronger search for the clinic, reaching top-three positions at 96.45% of the measured grid points. Dental clinic moved off an entirely 20+ baseline, but its 7.1% top-three coverage shows there was still work ahead.
The practical lesson is to look at each search separately and track contact activity alongside rankings. These are one clinic’s reported results over different comparison windows; they do not isolate the effect of each SEO activity or guarantee the same outcome for another practice.
